Age requirement:

Our services are restricted to 18 and above. Any clients below 18 would need parental consent or be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Setting & envirnoment:

Mobile phones and other electronics must be turned off or in silent mode when entering Gaia Wellness Center. Clients must maintain a quiet level of conversation.

Pricing & charges:

All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) inclusive of 5% VAT.

The management of Gaia Wellness reserves the right to periodically review their prices, and fees and implement these accordingly.

General accounts policy:

All payments, once processed, are non – refundable. In special circumstances, you can convert the remainder of your package to Gaia Wellness credit which can be redeemed in exchange for other services or retail items. Gaia Wellness will allow this only three months from the purchase date.

Private consultations policy:

Healing packages are valid for 3months from the sale date. Packages cannot be used beyond the expiry date.

For rescheduling and cancellation of appointments must be done 24 hours prior and inform Gaia Wellness so we can accommodate another client.

Gaia Wellness holds the right to deduct the amount from the package sessions or charge the client during the next visit in the event of cancellation or rescheduling within 24hrs.

Workshop & courses policy:

Gaia Wellness reserve the right to cancel a workshop or course for any reason. Whilst we would only do this in the exceptional situation that we are unable to offer the workshop as advertised, or if there are insufficient numbers booked to make it viable for the teacher taking the workshop.

Should this happen, we will notify you as soon as we have the information about the changes or cancellation, and we will refund you the full amount you have paid.

In the event of no show, the deposit amount is non-refundable & non – transferable. However, if

within 24-hour notice before the workshop or course, a credit memo is provided and payment can be used towards others services or retail.
